The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced HR Driver to join our growing team in Albany, WA.
You'll be operating waste collection vehicles primarily rear‐lift playing a vital role in keeping our community clean.
Whether you're already experienced or eager to develop your skills in side‐arm or rear‐lift collection vehicles, we'd love to hear from you. This is a great opportunity to build a long‐term career in a supportive and safety‐focused environment.
Monday to Friday | 5:30am – 6:30am starts | Public Holiday work available (paid overtime)
$ per hour, depending on experience.

What you'll be responsible for
* Collecting general waste, recycling and organic waste on a secure, long‐term contract
* Transporting waste streams safely to designated disposal locations
* Delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
* Operating a variety of fleet vehicles and equipment as required
What you'll need to be successful
* Current HR Licence (essential)
* Previous HR vehicle driving experience (preferred)
* Good geographical knowledge of the Albany region
* A strong commitment to safety in everything you do
* Ability to pass a pre‐employment medical and drug screen
