About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a key role in supporting the development of children in our early learning centres.
* Implement evidence-based practices to enhance outcomes for children and families.
* Work closely with Centre Directors, Educators, and other stakeholders to identify and support the progression of children's learning, development, and well-being.
* Communicate effectively with families to support the inclusion and participation of their child.
* Build relationships with local services and streamline referral pathways.
* Maintain close liaison with senior leaders and contribute to the development of a strong, cohesive team.
* Deliver professional development and contribute to reports, briefings, and resources as required.
* Ensure that all administrative requirements are met in accordance with our policies and procedures.
About You:
* Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology or equivalent.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience.
* Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and coaching skills.
* Strong understanding of child development (birth-5 years).
* Ability to document, analyse, and report on relevant key performance indicators.
* Desirable: Hanen Learning Language and Loving It Training Certification.
