Job Description
This part-time, permanent position offers a transitional role with structured supervision, mentorship, and education pathways.
* Provide advanced clinical care, leadership, and expertise for complex cases of older patients in acute inpatient settings.
* Work with families, carers, and service providers to develop safe discharge plans.
The position includes incentives such as up to $10,000 in the first 12 months plus up to $5,000 each year thereafter under the Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme.
