The project consists of a 4 level apartment development featuring complex structural sequencing and high-end finishes. The successful candidate will take ownership of the structure phase and play a key role in driving trades, safety, and quality outcomes on site.
The Role
* Supervising all structure-related site activities from excavation through to topping out
* Managing concrete, formwork, reinforcement, and post-tension subcontractors
* Coordinating trades, deliveries, and site logistics
* Maintaining a high standard of site safety and quality assurance
About You
* Proven experience supervising structure packages on apartment or commercial projects
* Strong understanding of concrete structures and basement construction
* Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain quality outcomes
* Excellent communication and leadership skills on site
