About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic casual sales assistant to join the team at Leon Baker Jewellers' in Geraldton, WA. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.
What you'll be doing
* Providing outstanding customer service and sales assistance to all customers
* Maintaining an organised and visually appealing store presentation
* Ensuring inventory is well-stocked and merchandise is displayed effectively
* Handling cash, credit card transactions and balancing the till at the end of each shift
* Assisting with receiving, unpacking and tagging of new merchandise
* Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a customer service or retail sales role, preferably in the jewellery industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional manner
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently
* Flexibility to work a casual schedule, including Saturdays as required
* A keen interest in fashion, jewellery and providing an exceptional customer experience
