About The Position
Location: Port Pirie preferred; Other locations considered - Kadina, Clare, Pt Augusta, Whyalla, Pt Lincoln or Ceduna
Status: Full Time contract to 30 June 2027

The Alliance Senior Manager is nominated by the Alliance Leadership Team and employed by the Lead Sector Participant. As the Alliance Senior Manager, your responsibility is to action decisions that the Alliance Leadership Team agree upon, as well as chairing the Alliance Management Team. Your role is not intended to focus on working on the front-line; your principal focus is on the management and administration of Alliance strategic plans.
The Country North Homelessness Alliance has developed a Charter dedicated to delivering quality, focused, inclusive and culturally safe services. The Alliance is underpinned by a culture of collaboration and cooperation to ensure the best possible outcomes for all clients in the Country North region of SA.

Skills and Experiences
You will:
* Provide leadership to the Country North Homelessness Alliance.
* Promote alliance principles and behaviours as per the Alliance Agreement and Alliance Charter.
* Have knowledge of key barriers facing people who enter into homelessness, with complex needs, and best practice models of support and service provision.
* Have demonstrated experience in budgeting and resource planning, monitoring and reporting.
It is essential for you to have:
* Current Australian Drivers Licence.
* Diploma (or higher) in a relevant discipline, and/or
* Five (5) years relevant experience.
You may also need to be available for some out of hours work, travel throughout the region and/or interstate as required.
