About the Role
As a Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting venue leadership by:
* Leading from the floor: Motivating, coaching and supporting front‐of‐house teams during service.
* Delivering operational excellence: Ensuring service runs smoothly, efficiently and to the highest standard.
* Championing exceptional guest experiences: Resolving issues with professionalism, care and composure to ensure every guest departs feeling genuinely valued and delighted.
* Building team culture: Fostering collaboration, accountability and fun in a fast‐paced environment.
* Supporting compliance & standards: Maintaining venue policies, safety practices and service consistency.
