What we do
We restore driveways, garage floors and concrete surfaces for homeowners and businesses across Adelaide. We work through three divisions: Exterior cleaning, Concrete resurfacing, and Epoxy flooring.
Typical day & responsibilities
A typical day starts at the Ridgehaven warehouse at 7:00am. You load up and head out with a two‐man crew to perform jobs at different locations. Duties include:
* Cleaning and resurfacing concrete surfaces.
* Installing epoxy flooring.
* Capturing onsite content (timelapses, POV footage).
* Proposing and completing upsell services such as paver cleaning.
Compensation & earnings
* Base rate: $37.50/hr as a casual worker; after passing a skills assessment it rises to $40.60/hr. Overtime and super are paid. Full‐time positions become available after probation.
* Pay for Performance (P4P): Up to $5‐$10 extra per hour for finishing a job ahead of schedule. At the end of the pay period the pay is the higher of base (plus overtime) or P4P.
* Onsite content capture: An extra $150–$200 a week from shooting client footage.
* Upsell commissions: A cut earned when a client accepts an additional service you quoted (ex. paver cleaning).

We are building a national franchise network. Long‐term performers may have a path to opening their own Surface Rescue location, with full support from the brand and systems.
