Working alongside experienced Optometrists and visiting Ophthalmologists, this is an opportunity to build strong clinical foundations while being supported by a collaborative and down-to-earth team.

About the Role
This is a full-time graduate opportunity suited to someone who is excited to develop their clinical confidence in a supportive regional setting.
You'll be working across a broad patient demographic with the opportunity to build skills in:
* General optometry and comprehensive eye examinations
* Eye health management and therapeutics
* Co-management with Ophthalmologists and other healthcare providers
* Building strong patient relationships and continuity of care
* Developing confidence in full-scope regional practice
Whether you're a new graduate or approaching graduation, the team is focused on helping you transition confidently into practice.

You'll bring:

Dispensing experience is welcomed but certainly not essential.
