Position Overview
We're looking for a Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Assistant/Advisor to support our teams and drive excellence in health, safety, environment, and quality across the business. Based in our Henderson, WA facility, you'll play a critical role in providing administrative and logistical support to ensure the smooth operation of HSEQ programs and initiatives in WA. You'll work closely with leaders to ensure compliance, manage risk, and champion initiatives that make a real difference.
What you'll be doing
Administrative Support: Maintaining HSEQ records, files, and databases. Assisting with data entry and reporting on HSEQ-related metrics.
Coordination & Scheduling: Supporting the scheduling and coordination of HSEQ activities, including training sessions, inspections, and audits.
Project Support: Assisting with the implementation and monitoring of HSEQ projects, programs, and initiatives.
Documentation: Reviewing and updating HSEQ documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials.
Communication: Supporting communication related to HSEQ matters, such as presentations and internal communication materials. Coordinate all aspects of communication including but not limited to safety alerts, lesson learnt, and bulletins.
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to HSEQ regulations, standards, and best practices.
Training & Support: Assisting with the delivery of HSEQ training and providing support to employees on HSEQ-related matters.
Risk Management: Supporting the identification, assessment, and control of HSEQ risks.
Incident Management: Assisting with the investigation and reporting of HSEQ-related incidents.
Coordinate SQE meetings including minute taking and monitoring actions arising.
Quality: Assist in management of non-conformances and monitoring close outs and associated actions.

What we're looking for
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
Previous experience in Integrated Management Systems Quality ISO 9001, Environment ISO 14001 and OH&S 45001.
