Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Implementation Officer/Financial Planning Administration Support, located in Townsville, QLD. The role involves delivering exceptional client service, assisting with financial planning processes, supporting the implementation of financial strategies, and maintaining accurate records. Other responsibilities include responding to client queries, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Qualifications
* Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills to manage client accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
* Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
* Basic understanding of Finance and financial planning concepts to provide effective administrative support.
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using relevant office and financial planning software.
* Experience in a client-facing or financial services role is advantageous.
