The Opportunity
A unique senior leadership opportunity for an experienced M&A professional within a high-performing advisory team. Leverage an established platform and enjoy full ownership across origination, client management and execution.
In this position you will be:
* Leading end-to-end execution of M&A and corporate advisory mandates (buy-side and sell-side)
* Owning senior client relationships and delivering strategic advice
* Overseeing financial analysis, valuation work and preparation of client materials
* Managing transaction processes, including due diligence and stakeholder coordination
* Mentoring and leading Analysts and Associates to deliver high-quality outputs
* Presenting recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
* Ensuring strong risk awareness and adherence to firm policies
About You
* 7+ years' experience in investment banking, corporate advisory, m&a and/or private equity
* Strong M&A and transaction experience across buy-side and sell-side mandates
* Proven ability to lead execution and manage junior teams
* Commercial, technically strong, and execution-focused
* Confident operating with senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor
* Demonstrated business development capability and relationship-building track record
* Comfortable working with autonomy in an independent advisory environment
