Job Opportunity
As a member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to staff members. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-level technical support to staff members via phone, email, or in-person.
* Investigate and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updating software, checking system logs, and verifying backups.
* Assist with the implementation of new technology solutions and systems.
* Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
* Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, desktop hardware, and common business applications.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
