About the role
* Greeting patients, answering telephone calls, patient triage and booking patient appointments.
* Document scanning and email management.
* Patient billing and payment collection.
* Working as part of a team supporting the Practice Manager.
Skills & experience
* Medical receptionist experience (highly regarded but not essential).
* Strong proficiency in, or ability to quickly pick up document scanning processes.
* Ability to develop quality working relationships and work in a busy team environment.
* Exceptional customer service, data entry and communication skills.
* Proven multi‐tasking, problem solving and time management skills.
* Experience using Best Practice or other practice management software (highly desirable but not essential).
