About the Role:
* Lead a team of specialists, planners and support staff for project planning and delivery across Australia's Antarctic and sub-Antarctic stations.
* Provide strategic project management for the execution of construction works and capital projects.
* Develop feasibility studies, business cases and cost forecasts documentation.
* Scope works, procure consultants, manage design development and prepare tender documentation for material procurement and off-site construction delivery.
* Coordinate specialist service providers, including contractors, suppliers and consultants, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
* Develop detailed works methodologies covering materials handling, installation and temporary works.
* Monitor project progress and report outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
* Prepare documents to support decision-making, including scoping papers and project assessment and evaluations.
