Lead Service That Creates Opportunity By
* Develop and implement new programs and services to new and existing clients
* Lead and develop high performing teams to ensure efficient delivery of a range of person centred programs and services
* Oversee service delivery, innovation and new business opportunities to strengthen outcomes
* Build strong partnerships with families and community stakeholders
* Ensure accurate and timely intake, onboarding, billing and reporting processes
* Uphold compliance in safeguarding, WHS, incident management and audits
Why We Want You
* Tertiary qualification, minimum Certificate IV in Community Services
* 3+ years experience in a leadership role, ideally across disability services
* Strong commercial mindset with experience managing P&Ls, reporting and performance outcomes
* Proven ability to lead teams through growth, change and continuous improvement
* A hands on, proactive leader who gets involved, challenges current education pathways and drives new ideas
