Job Overview
The Senior Specialist Field Engineer will be part of the L3Harris Global Field Services Team, managing Commonwealth HACE and Cryptographic Material on local encryption devices. The successful candidate will provide advice and planning to L3Harris on COMSEC management and technical support of RF Communications tactical radio equipment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the duties of a COMSEC Account Manager on the Australian Signals Directorate industry COMSEC account.
* Oversee the management of Commonwealth HACE, Commonwealth Key Material, and L3Harris HACE.
* Provide expert advice and planning to L3Harris on COMSEC management.
* Offer technical support for RF Communications tactical radio equipment in the HF, VHF, UHF, and SHF RF spectrum.
* Conduct installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of L3Harris equipment or software.
* Provide technical support to the L3Harris Help Desk in support of the Mature Support Contract.
Essential Requirements
* COMSEC Custodian Experience.
* Current Commonwealth of Australia security clearance, minimum Negative Vetting (NV1).
* Ability to be granted access to Commonwealth of Australia Defence facilities.
