Electrify your future.**About the role**AGL has an exciting opportunity for a **Business Improvement & Training Manager** to join our AGL Macquarie team at Bayswater Power Station, supporting operational excellence, workforce capability, and business transformation across one of Australia's largest thermal generation assets. **Location:** based on-site at **Bayswater Power Station, Muswellbrook NSW.** This is a critical leadership role embedded within a complex, asset-intensive environment where safety, reliability, and continuous improvement are paramount. You'll work closely with operations, maintenance, and site leadership teams, driving initiatives that enhance workforce capability, optimise processes, and lift overall plant performance. You'll play a key role in shaping how the business evolves, leading strategies across transformation, training, and digital innovation.
