Store Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team towards success. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing store operations, team performance, and customer satisfaction.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
* Lead and motivate a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts, providing coaching and training to ensure excellent service and upselling promotions.
* Recruit, hire, and train new team members, focusing on growth, accountability, and teamwork.
* Manage expenses and labor hours while achieving store sales goals.
* Execute all company programs and marketing initiatives.
* Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of retail or food management experience.
* Strong communication skills, integrity, and decisiveness.
* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
