We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support and manage various areas across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, discreet, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
* Administrative Support: Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
* Meeting Coordination: Schedule, organise, and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
* Documentation and Reporting: Prepare, format, and distribute various documents and reports as required by the Director
* Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between the Director and internal / external stakeholders
The successful candidate will possess:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
