Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team in Australia. This role is high‐impact and hands‐on, responsible for delivering end‐to‐end recruitment outcomes while strengthening our staffing capability across the Australian and New Zealand business. As a trusted partner to clinical stakeholders, you will drive tactical recruitment execution and contribute to continuous improvement of staffing programs, processes, and workforce strategies within your assigned portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and deliver full‐lifecycle recruitment, from role briefing through offer management and onboarding.
* Proactively source, assess, and secure high‐quality talent using a range of cost‐effective and innovative sourcing strategies.
* Actively build and manage candidate pipelines to ensure consistent delivery against hiring demand and diversity objectives.
* Conduct structured screening interviews and provide clear, data‐driven recommendations.
* Leverage the Talent Acquisition technology stack and ensure that the tools are optimized during the hiring process.
* Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to define role requirements and deliver talent solutions aligned to business needs.
* Provide practical coaching and guidance on hiring best practices, interview techniques, and selection decisions.
* Build strong, trusted relationships across a matrixed, geographically distributed organization.
* Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies, leveraging job boards, social platforms, talent networks, and direct outreach.
* Create compelling job advertisements and employer branding content to attract top talent.
* Build and maintain external talent pipelines through industry engagement, universities, networking events, and agencies.
* Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors.
* Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of recruitment processes, tools, and policies.
* Support compliance with local legislation and hiring governance requirements.
* Leverage market insights and talent intelligence to inform hiring strategies and salary benchmarking.
* Assist with recruitment‐related projects, including process optimisation, systems, and capability uplift.
* Share best practices and contribute to a high‐performing, collaborative team culture.
Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 4+ years' experience in recruitment within the ANZ markets, ideally within a corporate or matrixed environment.
* Proven track record delivering end‐to‐end, high‐volume or complex hiring in a hands‐on capacity.
* Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and relevant employment legislation in the ANZ market.
* Experience using ATS platforms (Workday preferred) and sourcing technologies.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of evolving talent market trends.
* Demonstrated ability to prioritise, manage multiple requisitions, and deliver to tight timelines.
* High attention to detail, sound judgment, and a solutions‐oriented mindset.
* Ability to operate with a high degree of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
