As a Retail Manager, you'll ideally have:
* Retail management or leadership experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, high-performing team.
* Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail, with a commitment to safety and compliance with WHS programs.
