Facilities Management Specialist
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Facilities Management Specialist to join our team. As the key point of contact for facilities-related matters, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our business centres.
Your strong coordination skills and passion for keeping operations safe and efficient will be essential in achieving this goal. You will work closely with contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams to maintain the quality, safety, and efficiency of our assets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Bulletin and coordinate with stakeholders across the business to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
* Conduct regular inspections and audits of our business centres, logging any defects using our Maintenance Service Centre software.
* Support the launch and delivery of new initiatives that maximise the return on our facilities investment.
* Monitor scheduled maintenance activities to ensure we meet regulatory compliance and keep our people and workplaces safe.
* Coordinate contractors for essential repairs and services, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
* Minimise unscheduled breakdowns by ensuring proactive maintenance of equipment and plant operations.
* Oversee contractor performance to ensure work is completed on time, on spec, and to a high standard.
* Manage and maintain our Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for all facilities-related activities.
* Provide feedback and solutions to help us exceed key performance targets in the Facilities team.
