About the Role
Reporting to the Operations & Maintenance Manager, the Grounds Supervisor is responsible for the overall management of Grounds operations. This role will communicate with the Leadership, Customer Service and On-water teams effectively and efficiently and is responsible for the provision of grounds support to the On-water and Customer Service teams and, the management of stores and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
* Experienced in managing/supervising diverse teams.
* Experience in working in a high‐paced customer service focused business is desirable.
* Driver's Licence and own transport required.
Qualifications
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and data management software.
* Understanding of Rostering Systems & Accounting software.
* Ability to multitask, prioritise and be pragmatic when required.
* Diligent with compliance activities.
* Ability to work well in a busy environment with a positive attitude towards your team and customers.
* Have a reliable, flexible, and honest approach to work.
