To ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives to increase our casual nurse candidate database in line with Healthcare Australia’s client needs. Tasks include: Being responsible for facilitating the end-to-end recruitment of our workforce with a focus on Allied Health. You will work closely with key stakeholders across multiple divisions to develop staffing pools for HCA that meet our customers’ needs. Identify and analyse new recruitment opportunities Adopt successful recruitment practices to match client needs regarding skill, continuity and availability Effectively interview, register and find work for new recruits Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders Effectively manage all operational administration including daily inbound and outbound client and candidate calls Skills & Experience Required: Relevant tertiary qualifications Exceptional organisational and presentation skills Effective communication skills, written and verbal. Intermediate MS Office skills Recruitment experience in the healthcare sector (desirable) Develop and manage the recruitment process through attraction, sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates, ensuring they meet compliance requirements, organising and conducting interviews Provide advice to candidates on training and compliance requirements. Demonstrated experience in the healthcare industry and successfully leading a sales-oriented team Knowledge of booking systems Significant experience and demonstrated success in people centric; multi-site service business Salary Range: $79,000.00 - $85,000.00 Working for HCA will put you in a strategic position, with opportunities for career growth and development along with financial and non-financial benefits.
