About the Role
We are working exclusively with a well-established Australian manufacturing business to find an experienced eCommerce Manager. The company has a strong brand, a loyal customer base, and a growing online presence across Australia and the UK.
What You Will Be Doing
* Managing and optimising Magento-based eCommerce platforms across two markets, ensuring product accuracy, platform stability and a strong customer experience
* Driving traffic and conversion through SEO, AEO/GEO and paid media channels including Google and Meta, to budget and clear ROI targets
* Overseeing third-party Magento developers and SEO contractors, holding them to clear deliverables and KPIs
* Managing Klaviyo email flows, segmentation and retention campaigns
* Providing regular reporting and commercial insights to the leadership team
* Running ongoing UX reviews and A/B testing to improve conversion
* Collaborating with sales, marketing and operations to align online activity with broader business goals
What We Are Looking For
Must have:
* Solid hands-on Magento (Adobe Commerce) experience, platform administration, merchandising and troubleshooting
* Proven track record growing eCommerce revenue in a B2B or DTC environment
* Experience managing SEO and paid media to budget and ROI
* Confidence managing external contractors and agencies
* Strong analytical skills and comfort making data-driven decisions
* Experience with Klaviyo or a comparable email and CRM platform
Nice to have:
* Experience operating across multiple markets
* Familiarity with Looker Studio, SEMrush or HubSpot
* Basic understanding of front-end web technologies to brief developers effectively

The role is site-based Monday to Friday and reports to the Head of Sales and Marketing.
