* Collaboration with site managers, project directors, and HR partners is essential to forecast and prioritize manpower requirements.
* The selected candidate will utilize SAP SuccessFactors to manage job postings, candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic plans to recruit skilled and semi-skilled labor for multiple construction sites.
* Maintain strong relationships with site managers and project directors to ensure accurate forecasting and timely hiring.
* Collaborate with HR business partners to streamline recruitment processes and improve candidate experience.
* Analyze data from SAP SuccessFactors to optimize recruitment strategies and reduce costs.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources management.
* Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
