Gaming Manager | Jimboomba Tavern

Are you a gaming specialist who knows how to create an unbeatable atmosphere? The Jimboomba Tavern is looking for a dedicated Gaming Manager to own our gaming operations and lead a service‐focused team in one of the region's busiest venues.

About The Role

Our gaming room is a high‐performance engine. We need a floor‐focused leader obsessed with the details—from machine presentation and promotion execution to proactive service that makes regulars feel like VIPs. You will be the driving force behind our room's success.

A Day In The Life Of a Gaming Manager

* Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home.
* Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all rules.
* Share your gaming know‐how and help your team be the best in the business.
* Bring the good vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift.

Inherent Requirements

* This hands‐on role involves manual handling and lifting, such as moving stock, kegs and deliveries. Applicants must be able to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About You

* You've been in the gaming room world for a while as an attendant, supervisor, or manager.
* You've learned from great managers and are ready to step up.
* You've got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming room.
* You understand compliance and safe gaming inside out.
* You've got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements.
