The Role
We are seeking Graduate Civil Engineers who are keen to build their careers within our Urban Infrastructure team in Geelong. By joining SMEC's Graduate Development Program, you'll gain hands‐on experience working on some of Australia's most complex and impactful projects.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to major infrastructure projects and community‐focused initiatives.
* Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and technical documentation.

Qualifications
* A degree in Civil Engineering (final year or graduated within the last 2 years), with a credit average.
* Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
* A solid understanding of analytical methods, tools, and engineering principles.
