Key job responsibilities
* Lead the recruitment and on-boarding of new associates for our Fulfillment Centers, Delivery Stations and Sort Centers
* Support with auditing the compliance to defined processes and procedures including but not limited to Salesforce management, Eligibility, Reporting and Associate Experience
* Continually identify and implement process improvements
* Participate in Workforce Staffing specific projects Develop and maintain effective communication processes to ensure smooth and efficient flow of information between key stakeholders
* Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the Workforce Staffing Managers or Specialists
About The Team Learn More about Amazon Australia Basic Qualifications
* 6+ months of human resources experience
* 6+ months of customer service experience
* 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
* High school or equivalent
* Experience in confidential environments
Preferred Qualifications
* 1+ years of human resources experience
* 1+ years of customer service experience
* 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
