About the Role
As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the successful launch and ongoing operations of a new centre.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead centre set‐up, pre‐opening and daily operations
* Recruit, onboard and lead a high‐performing team
* Build an enduring, values‐driven centre culture
* Drive enrolments and occupancy growth
* Build relationships with families and local communities
* Ensure compliance with regulations and the National Quality Standard (NQS)
* Maintain a protected, inclusive, high‐quality learning environment
* Lead continuous improvement and quality uplift initiatives
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support successful launches
About You
* Diploma or bachelor's degree in early childhood education and care
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Centre Manager or senior leadership role
* Experience in new centre start‐ups highly regarded
* Strong leadership, operational and organisational capability
* Strong knowledge of Children's Services Regulations and NQS
* Proven ability to build and retain high‐performing teams
* Confident in enrolment growth and community engagement
* Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
* Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
* Current Working With Children Check and Police Check
