Job Title: Production Operator
Job Description
As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in the seed treatment and coating process.
You will be responsible for operating machinery, applying seed treatments accurately, and ensuring all processes run safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
This is a hands-on production role that directly supports the supply chain performance and strategic growth goals.
* Operate seed coating and blending equipment safely and efficiently
* Follow strict quality standards and recipe guidelines for chemical application
* Accurately bag, label, and process seed according to company policies
* Track and report variances in raw material usage
* Assist in stocktakes and help refine operating procedures
* Positively contribute to a culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
We are seeking an individual with a strong work ethic and attention to detail, who can follow production schedules and meet deadlines.
The ideal candidate will possess an Australian Driver's Licence and a commitment to workplace health and safety.
Previous experience in agriculture, seed treatment, or manufacturing would be highly regarded.
Familiarity with coating and blending equipment and a proactive, team-focused attitude are also essential.
