We're on the hunt for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join ourHawthorn Property Management team. Who we're looking for
For this role, you will need to have at least 3 years running your own portfolio, as you will be managing all aspects of day to day property management. Importantly, you will have a genuine interest in property,you enjoy the challenge, the variety, the problem solving and you are genuinely motivated to create win-winsituations for your clients.
There are some must haves, which include;
* Hold your Agents Representative Certificate, Cert IV in Property or full Estate Agents License
* Hold a Victorian drivers licence and have a reliable motor vehicle
* Have a clean, current Police Check.
