Overview
McCosker is inviting applications for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join our team in Gladstone. This role requires the coordination of workshop operations and direct supervision of workshop and subcontractor workers to ensure safety, environmental, and quality specifications are achieved.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate workshop operational requirements.
* Directly supervise workshop and subcontractor workers, ensuring all safety, environmental, and quality specifications are met.
Qualifications
* Qualification in Engineering – Mechanical / Diesel Fitting / Mobile Plant or equivalent.
* Current Queensland Open Driver Licence.
* Construction Industry Induction (white card/blue card).
* Experience in planning and coordinating resources.
* Experience in managing people and work outcomes.
* High level knowledge and experience in mechanical maintenance of plant and equipment used in the civil construction industry.
* Experience with Caterpillar, Hitachi, and Volvo is advantageous.
* Knowledge and/or experience in the civil construction industry.
* Experience in managing teams and supervising the work of others.
