Responsibilities

* Support clients by applying expertise in accounts, trusts, SMSFs, and deceased estates.
* Coordinate multiple priorities and deadlines, proactively identifying client needs for seamless delivery.
* Maintain strong relationships with external providers and stakeholders.
* Ensure high accuracy and compliance in client records and data integrity.
Qualifications
* Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proactive problem‐solver comfortable navigating ambiguity.
* Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
