Starting salary of $73,000 inclusive of Superannuation.

About Spiire

We are an integrated team of passionate civil engineers, landscape architects, surveyors, town planners, urban designers, water engineers, and visual media artists providing consultancy services to the property and infrastructure sectors. Our team of more than 350 people work across ten offices in QLD, VIC, NSW, SA, and the ACT.


About the opportunity

Joining as part of our graduate program, this role will see you making a difference in the work you deliver; a chance to use your skills to contribute to the growth and development of your local community whilst being afforded the career development opportunities of a large, dynamic and privately-owned company. You’ll get to:

* Liaise with contractors, clients, landowners, local authorities and both internal and external stakeholders
* Operating and setting up surveying equipment
* Carrying out routing maintenance and adjustments
* Supporting project surveyors with setouts and subdivision surveying
* Assisting with small and large scale feature surveys
* Gaining an introduction and hands-on experience with laser scanning and UAV/drone technology


About you

* Bachelor’s degree in surveying, obtained within the last two years
* A curious and proactive nature; ability to challenge the status quo and look for continuous improvement
* An agility to move between different tasks and projects and manage multiple priorities
* Ability to deliver information succinctly and present with seamless communication
* Previous experience in surveying, engineering or cadastral in an internship or work experience capacity will be highly regarded.
