Role and Responsibilities
As a Retail Manager, you will:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using our POS system.
- Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide recommendations and answers to customer queries.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and promoting in-store specials.
