We are seeking a hands‐on Digital Print Specialist to provide technical support, maintenance and optimisation of our advanced digital print production line at our Dandenong site. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the Velox digital printing equipment, while supporting print quality, machine performance and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
Key responsibilities
* Provide technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance for the Velox digital printer and associated production line equipment
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximise equipment reliability and production efficiency
* Support machine setup, changeovers and print quality optimisation across varying product specifications
* Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and support compliance with HSEQ requirements
* Train and support operators and maintenance team members on equipment operation and best practice
* Partner with OEM providers, internal stakeholders and customers to support ongoing production, improvements and sample preparation
About you
* Proven hands‐on experience servicing and troubleshooting complex industrial machinery
* Strong technical problem‐solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve faults efficiently
* Experience within digital printing, automated manufacturing or high‐speed production environments is highly regarded
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‐paced operational environment
* Well‐organised with strong communication skills and a commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
