THE ROLE
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor with 2+ years experience to join the team.
You will work across a range of Class 2 to Class 9 projects, including commercial, retail, industrial, and government developments across NSW.
The role will involve:
* Conducting inspections, assessments, approvals, and certifications
* Working both in the office and on-site
* Managing your own workload with support from a collaborative team
* Developing practical and compliant solutions across a variety of projects

* Currently registered as a Building Surveyor in NSW (or working towards)
* 2+ years experience in building surveying or construction
* Knowledge of the Building Code of Australia (NCC) and relevant legislation
* Ability to learn new systems and processes
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills
* A positive attitude with a team-focused approach
* TAFE or university qualifications in Building Surveying or Construction Management
* A valid driver's licence
