Description
* Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
* Manage month‐end and year‐end closing processes effectively and efficiently.
* Perform reconciliations, including bank and balance sheet accounts.
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
* Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including preparation of BAS and other statutory requirements.
* Provide guidance and support to junior team members within the accounting function.
Profile
A successful Senior Accountant should have:
* CA/CPA qualification
* Proven experience in accounting and finance roles, preferably within the industrial sector
* Excellent attention to detail and problem‐solving abilities.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Prior experience managing/mentoring a team is advantageous.
