We are currently seeking an experienced Product Manager to join the team based in Homebush West on a Full-Time basis across a 38 hour week. You will promote the success of our strategic objectives and plans through the provision of recommendations to Franchisees in relation to brand advertising strategies and campaigns for target markets, financial performance targets, inventory, and market share in the Mobile Essentials category.
You will develop and lead the execution of the strategic plans working cross functionally across different teams and stakeholders to ensure the implementation and delivery of sales objectives.
The Role:
* Analyse, interpret and predict trends and opportunities in the market to ensure a market leading view in all products and services
* Research and develop technical insights into products, brands and demand across the Mobile Technology market to support customer value and boost margin drivers
* Collaborate with the Product Teams to provide a clear forecast and prioritised capacity plan to make well balanced data driven decisions for the business
* Develop and lead the execution of the Brand Marketing Strategy
* Coordinate and manage and monitor activities to support the Brands Marketing Strategy for the recommended advertising channels: TV, Radio, Press, Catalogue and Online.
* Operationalise and drive healthy inventory level incorporating future trends in cadence to optimise business growth.
* Liaise with multiple functions to ensure end-to-end execution when collaborating across multiple projects.
* Forecasted and planned demand at a product level in collaboration with the team while aligning with the strategic direction of the business strategy
* Develop and maintain strong engagement with stakeholders on Brand Marketing Strategies and campaigns enhance the Brands, which includes recommending the objectives, targets and strategies.
* Worked cross functionally with different teams and internal stakeholders to ensure implementation and delivery of all elements of the required plans.
Qualifications & Experiences:
* Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
* You will have at least two years full time working in a similar position
* A solid network of key Industry contacts and relationships is highly desirable
* Intermediate knowledge of relevant Consumer Law
* Intermediate knowledge of all stages in product lifecycle
* Advanced knowledge of relevant Consumer Law
* Proficient in analysing and interpreting complex data
* Critical-thinking capability
* Proven communication and collaboration skills to navigate professional and stakeholder relationship.
* Make timely and effective decisions and produce results through business reviews, strategic planning and the implementation and evaluation of programs and policies
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
A competitive annual salary $90,000 to $98,000 base plus superannuation is on offer.
