About the Role
Helping to create a home residents love, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centered aged care.
Responsibilities
* Build genuine relationships with residents and their families.
* Create exciting programs that support social, emotional, and spiritual fulfillment.
* Coordinate group activities inside and outside of the home.
* Set lifestyle goals for residents and implement programs to help them achieve these goals.
* Work closely with the wider support team to meet residents' needs.
Qualifications
* Hold a Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent).
* Hold a standard driver's licence.
* Passion for building genuine relationships and a desire to see residents enjoy themselves.
