We’re seeking experienced Customer Service Consultants for a fully remote, 2-month temporary contract.
In this role, you will respond to phone and email enquiries from students, teachers, and parents as they navigate further study options.
Please note, you must supply your own laptop to be considered for this role.
Role Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, standard business hours
- Location: Fully remote – you must have a quiet space to work from
- Pay:$43.93 per hour + super
- Contract Length: 2 months
About You
- Previous experience in a phone-based customer service role
- Contact centre experience is highly desirable
- Tech-savvy with solid attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Be open to working occasional overtime, penalty rates apply
- Must supply your own laptop
