About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Youth Worker to join our team and support young people in their online learning journey. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting and supporting young people's engagement with online learning, working collaboratively with Teachers, other Youth Workers, Wellbeing staff, and School leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

* To work collaboratively with Teachers, other Youth Workers, Wellbeing staff, and School leadership
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A thorough knowledge of youth work and/or social work theories and practices
* Experience in applying this knowledge in a similar context
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully communicate with a range of people
* The ability to inspire and engage young people with learning activities
* A willingness to support young people and our team members to reach their potential
Benefits
This is a full-time, ongoing position commencing in the new school year 2026. The successful candidate will be employed under the Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022.
