Responsibilities
* Test product batches to ensure specifications are met.
* Adjust or modify each batch as necessary to meet specifications.
* Record/review results and adjustment additions.
* Investigate batch discrepancies reported by customers/market representatives.
* Liaise with customers regarding product issues.
* Provide assistance to laboratory staff where necessary.
Qualifications and Experience
* Tertiary qualifications in science or manufacturing.
* Experience or knowledge within the print industry (desired).
* Understanding of the manufacturing process and its products.
* Effective report writing skills.
* Good computer skills (intermediate Microsoft Office skills).
* Solid administration and organisational skills.
* Attention to detail.
