**Your new role**
The APS3 Level1 Helpdesk Officer provides assistance to internal stakeholders supporting a number of systems. The Key Business deliverables of an APS3 Level 1 Helpdesk Officer includes:
- Troubleshoot enquiries and provide clients with resolutions.
- Process system access requests
- Take ownership of enquiries and monitor the progression through to the resolution.
