Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced Enrolled Nurses to join our clinical team on a casual or permanent part-time basis. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents in our aged care facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide individualised care to residents based on their assessed needs and preferences;
* To contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans;
* To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care;
* To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal resident outcomes;
* To participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and services.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 6 months of experience as an Enrolled Nurse;
* AHPRA registration and current practicing certificate;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* An ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
* A commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
