We are a local business based in North Geelong supplying, installing and servicing office furniture, shelving and pallet racking systems for customers nationally. We are looking for an Organised, enthusiastic & practical person keen to join our team with opportunity for development.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and requests; prioritize and respond as appropriate.
* Maintain filing systems and ensure records are up to date.
* Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Liaise professionally with clients, vendors, and staff on behalf of the executive.
* Assist in overseeing daily operations including project coordination, research, and reporting.
* Track deadlines and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
* Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality at all times.
Ideally you will have:
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace, Xero
* Experience supporting senior executives or business owners.
* Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
