This is a full-time leadership opportunity ideal for a senior OT ready to take the next step — combining hands‐on therapy with leadership, coaching, and service development.

About the Role
As the Team Leader Occupational Therapist
* Provide clinical leadership and day‐to‐day support to your OT team
* Mentor, coach, and supervise clinicians to support their growth and performance
* Maintain a reduced clinical caseload alongside leadership responsibilities
* Drive service quality, team culture, and best‐practice care
* Partner with senior leadership to support clinic growth and client outcomes
About You
You're a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist who:
* Is ready to step into (or continue in) a leadership role
* Enjoys mentoring, coaching, and empowering others
* Is committed to professional excellence and collaborative care

Essential Requirements
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
* Current AHPRA registrationExperience working as a Senior Occupational Therapist
* Leadership or mentoring experience highly regarded
