GHD Graduate Program Secretariat & Registry (Sydney)

We are looking for curious, detail-oriented graduates who are comfortable working with numbers and are excited to build a specialist skillset in a unique area of the business. If you are studying Finance or a Commerce/Law degree with a strong interest in finance, this could be a great fit for you.

Responsibilities

* Maintain shareholder records and support the accuracy of registry data
* Monitor and manage the Share Registry inbox and queries
* Assist with share offers, share sales and dividend payment processes
* Support shareholder loan administration and share proceeds receipting
* Assist with electronic filing and documentation processes
* Work closely with Share Registrars and engage with senior stakeholders across the business
